Shipping & Returns
Christmas Shipping
To ensure your order arrives before Christmas please complete your orders before Wednesday 12th December.
For Christmas orders after this date, please select click and collect from your local Matchbox store.
Matchbox offers two options for Shipping and Delivery:
- Door-to-Door service via Australia Post E-Parcel.
- Shop online and pick up for free at your chosen Matchbox store, with Click and Collect.
Rates & Delivery Times
We offer FREE standard AU shipping for all orders over $100.
Standard shipping in Australia is $9.95 for all order under $100.
Your order will be delivered in 2-7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Click and Collect
You may choose the ‘Click and Collect’ option and nominate a Matchbox store, where you can pick up your order. If you choose the Click and Collect option, a staff member from your chosen store will call you when your goods are ready to be picked up. If your order will take longer, due to out of stock or any other issue, a staff member will call to advise you.
Goods will be stored at the nominated Matchbox store for no more than 2 weeks. If your goods remain uncollected after 2 weeks, a staff member will contact you and you may choose to pay extra to have the goods delivered. Otherwise, goods will be put back into stock and you will be refunded your order, minus a cancellation charge equal to 15% of the value of the purchase (but not less than $15.00 and not more than $50.00) will be charged.
