With a hand cast aluminium body the base of the pan is guaranteed to never warp and the whole pan, including handles and lid can go in the oven up to 250°C. The new Stratanium non-stick surface is the most durable non-stick cooking surface on a Scanpan yet, it has been designed to sear brown and create a beautiful crust with less fat or oil, even without sticking
