    We offer FREE standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $99.

    Flat rate shipping of $12.50 applies to all orders under $99.

    Express Post shipping is available for $16.95 on all orders.

    We also offer Same Day Delivery and Fast (3-hour) Delivery through our partnership with Rendr. Shipping costs for these options are calculated at checkout.

    Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Express Post orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 12PM AEST, or the next business day if placed after 12PM AEST.

    Please note: We only ship to Australian residential or business postal addresses. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large or heavy orders. Orders over 22kg, or those subject to cubic weight pricing, may incur additional charges — you will be contacted with a quote if applicable.

    Australia Post

    Deliveries via Australia Post can be sent to any residential or business address within Australia.
    All courier deliveries require a signature on delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place or leave a calling card for collection from your local post office.

    Rendr

    Our customers have an option of Same Day Delivery or Fast (3-hour) Delivery offered through our partnership with Rendr. Order before 12pm to receive your order on the same day. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

    This is currently only available in Victoria within a 50km limit to our Eastland, Fountain Gate, Highpoint and Richmond stores. Stock availability will be depend on stock on hand for those 4 stores. Orders are up to a max of 20kgs for Fast & Same Day deliveries.

    FAQ's:

    Does Rendr have its own drivers?
    Rendr does not maintain an in-house fleet of drivers with designated uniforms. Instead, Rendr engages a diverse array of last-mile delivery carriers, local couriers & fleets to facilitate pick-up & delivery for our retail partners known as the Rendr Carrier Network (RCN)

    How are delivery dilemmas handled in the absence of a secure delivery location, notwithstanding an active Authority to Leave (ATL)?
    Should a customer be unavailable at the specified delivery address despite an authorised ATL, Rendr’s carrier network is instructed to leave the consignment. However, in cases where a safe delivery is unattainable, goods are promptly returned to the pick-up location, even with an active ATL.

    What transpires in the event of a Return To Sender (RTS), and how are customers notified?
    Upon an RTS occurrence, customers are promptly notified with the following message: "We endeavoured to deliver your order but regrettably encountered no recipient or were unable to verify your identity. Upon the return of the order to the store, you will receive further directives."

    Shipping Timeframe

    Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. We will endeavour to ensure your goods are delivered to you within the timeframes outlined for standard delivery, however we will not be liable for late delivery by Australia Post. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel the purchase. Matchbox's obligations in relation to delivery end when goods are collected by the courier for delivery to your nominated delivery point.
