Rates & Delivery Times
We offer FREE standard AU shipping for all orders over $100.
Standard shipping in Australia is $9.95 for all order under $100.
Your order will be delivered in 2-7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Please note: we only ship orders to Australian residential or business postal addresses. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large or heavy orders. In particular, orders over 22kg and orders that are subject to cubing will be contacted for an extra postage quote.
Afterpay orders are shipped just like any other order, once you have selected your items, you can either choose to Click and Collect or Ship your order.
What is Afterpay?
With Afterpay you can BUY now and PAY for it later, it’s like layby but even better as your order is shipped immediately. There is no interest or added fees to pay! Using Afterpay, you pay nothing today but pay for your purchase in four smaller instalments. Payment will be automatically taken from your debit or credit card in 4 equal payments over 56 days.

Deliveries by Australia Post can be sent to any residential or business address in Australia.
All courier deliveries ask for a signature on delivery. If no one is present when the courier attempts delivery, they will either leave your consignment in a safe place, or leave a calling card to collect at your local post office.
You may choose the ‘Click and Collect’ option and nominate a Matchbox store, where you can pick up your order. If you choose the Click and Collect option, a staff member from your chosen store will call you when your goods are ready to be picked up. If your order will take longer, due to out of stock or any other issue, a staff member will call to advise you.
Click and Collect
Goods will be stored at the nominated Matchbox store for no more than 2 weeks. If your goods remain uncollected after 2 weeks, a staff member will contact you and you may choose to pay extra to have the goods delivered. Otherwise, goods will be put back into stock and you will be refunded your order, minus a cancellation charge equal to 15% of the value of the purchase (but not less than $15.00 and not more than $50.00) will be charged.
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. We will endeavour to ensure your goods are delivered to you within the timeframes outlined for Standard delivery, however we will not be liable for late delivery by Australia Post. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel the purchase. Matchbox's obligations in relation to delivery end when goods are collected by the courier for delivery to your nominated delivery point.
