Choose your preferred return method—either ship the item back to us or bring it to any of our stores. Make sure to have your proof of purchase handy.

Replaced with care

Once we receive the item, we’ll inspect it and provide a resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Our 10-year promise applies to everything from our latest appliances and premium cookware to everyday homewares and items.

While this excludes breakages, wear and tear, or other scenarios outside of manufacturing defects, our Customer Service teams, both online and in stores, are here to help you select a suitable replacement.
