You can return your items either by delivery or bringing them into stores.
This Promise applies to everything from our latest appliances, premium cookware, to everyday homewares & items.

Replaced with Care
While this excludes breakages, wear and tear, or other scenarios outside of manufacturing defects, our Customer Service teams both online and in stores are here to assist you in selecting a suitable replacement.
If you are worried about losing your receipt, our membership club, Matchbox Rewards, will allow you to have all your purchase history saved in one place – which means you no longer need to worry about showing proof of purchase.
