Need a carbon steel wok? Thanks to the Cuisena 30cm Stir Fry Wok, it's easy to stir fry your favourite Asian inspired dishes!
Ideal for stir frying, deep frying, steaming or more, this carbon steel pan offers optimal heat distribution and retention using minimal power.

Seasoning Instructions:
- The carbon steel wok is protected by an anti-rust film which must be first washed off with hot water & washing up liquid before use. To season the pan, wipe the inside surface with cooking oil. Pour 5 mm of oil into the pan, bring to a high temperature, & then when a smoky-haze appears remove it from the heat & wipe well with kitchen towel. This burns off any remaining coating. Now the pan is ready to use. Always ensure there is enough oil in the pan when using, & wipe with a paper towel after use. If the pan needs washing, ensure it is completely dried & lightly-oiled before storing. Remember, carbon steel will discolour & go black with regular use & in no way detracts from the functionality of the pan.

Your order will be delivered in 2-7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Please note: We only ship orders to Australian residential or business postal addresses. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large or heavy orders. In particular, orders over 22kg and orders that are subject to cubing will be contacted for an extra postage quote.
Australia Post
Deliveries by Australia Post can be sent to any residential or business address in Australia.All courier deliveries ask for a signature on delivery. If no one is present when the courier attempts delivery, they will either leave your consignment in a safe place, or leave a calling card to collect at your local post office.
Shipping Timeframe
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. We will endeavour to ensure your goods are delivered to you within the timeframes outlined for Standard delivery, however we will not be liable for late delivery by Australia Post. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel the purchase. Matchbox's obligations in relation to delivery end when goods are collected by the courier for delivery to your nominated delivery point.
