Click and Collect is available for FREE from your nearest store.

Rates & Delivery Times

We offer FREE standard AU shipping for all orders over $99.

We offer $12.50 Flat rate shipping to all orders under $99.

Your order will be delivered in 2-7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note: We only ship orders to Australian residential or business postal addresses. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large or heavy orders. In particular, orders over 22kg and orders that are subject to cubing will be contacted for an extra postage quote.

Australia Post

Deliveries by Australia Post can be sent to any residential or business address in Australia.

All courier deliveries ask for a signature on delivery. If no one is present when the courier attempts delivery, they will either leave your consignment in a safe place, or leave a calling card to collect at your local post office.

Shipping Timeframe

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. We will endeavour to ensure your goods are delivered to you within the timeframes outlined for Standard delivery, however we will not be liable for late delivery by Australia Post. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel the purchase. Matchbox's obligations in relation to delivery end when goods are collected by the courier for delivery to your nominated delivery point.
