With the Scanpan Classic Induction 32cm Wok there is no compromise. The non-stick surface provides an optimal finish to your cooking, even with less oil or fat the new Stratanium non-stick surface provides improved food release while still providing greater hardness and durability.
The wok's body is made from 100% recycled hand cast aluminium to ensure the body of the pan heats evenly throughout. The wok handle is attached without the use of rivets or screws so the handle will never come loose and the pan can still be properly cleaned.
