Classic Small Roaster With Rack - 34cm x 22cm/3.25L

The Scanpan Classic Small Roaster with Rack is designed for smaller ovens or when you don't need to cook for as many people. Made from cast aluminium, this roaster is heavy duty and heats up evenly throughout the pans body. The non-stick surface of the Scanpan Roaster is made from ceramic titanium making it one of the toughest non-stick surfaces on the market. The wire roasting rack has been specifically designed for this roaster so it was a perfect fit.

Maintenance and Care

• Before First Use
• Wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush. Do not use harsh scourers.
• When cooking is complete, empty contents and fill the pan with hot soapy water. Use a soft nylon scourer and vigorously scrub the pan, ensuring all food fat and residue is removed. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store appropriately.
• Whilst dishwasher safe, SCANPAN will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product.
• Do not use excessive high heat.
