Made from stainless steel, these saucepans are incredibly durable and feature a heavy duty encapsulated aluminium base. The aluminium in the saucepans base enables the pan to heat up quickly and transfer heat evenly throughout the base.

Thanks to the riveted handles there is no concern for them coming loose over the time. The handles on Scanpan Impact cookware are made from cast aluminium and are less likely to heat up than other handles.
