Bring authentic paella to your table with the Evolv Pre-Seasoned Carbon Steel Paella Pan. At 38cm, its wide, shallow design gives rice room to cook evenly, helping you achieve that prized crispy socarrat on the base. The 2mm heavy-gauge carbon steel heats quickly and distributes heat evenly, while the pre-seasoned surface is ready to cook straight away and develops a natural non-stick patina with every use.
Compatible with all cooktops and oven safe to 300°C, it’s PFAS-free and metal utensil safe, with two riveted steel handles for a secure grip when moving from the cooktop to the oven or table. Made from odour-resistant, high-density material, it’s built for generous gatherings and years of cooking.
