This knife set includes four different Global knives with their seamless contoured design, which can cover all essential uses for any kitchen task.
Ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56-58, these knives come in an acute 15° angle that offers superior edge retention and an optimal performance. Keep it in your home along with a ceramic water sharpener or whetstone to make sure they stay razor sharp!
