Complete with six selections of Global's premium quality Japanese made knives, a pair of Global shears, all stored in a stunning bamboo block, the Takashi 8 Piece Knife Set is carefully selected to accommodate any professional chef or home cook.
Made of CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, each knife's material was exclusively developed by Global with a razor-sharp edge longer than any other steel. They also provide a seamless contoured design, which can cover all essential uses for any kitchen task and retains optimal hygiene and safety while prepping your meals in the kitchen.
Where innovation meets performance, each knife is ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56-58 and comes in an acute 15° angle that offers superior edge retention. Periodically sharpen with a ceramic water sharpener or whetstone and they will stay razor sharp and long-lasting for many days to come.

Click and Collect is available for FREE from your nearest store.
Rates & Delivery Times
We offer FREE standard AU shipping for all orders over $99.
We offer $12.50 Flat rate shipping to all orders under $99.
Your order will be delivered in 2-7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Please note: We only ship orders to Australian residential or business postal addresses. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large or heavy orders. In particular, orders over 22kg and orders that are subject to cubing will be contacted for an extra postage quote.
Australia Post
Deliveries by Australia Post can be sent to any residential or business address in Australia.
All courier deliveries ask for a signature on delivery. If no one is present when the courier attempts delivery, they will either leave your consignment in a safe place, or leave a calling card to collect at your local post office.
Shipping Timeframe
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. We will endeavour to ensure your goods are delivered to you within the timeframes outlined for Standard delivery, however we will not be liable for late delivery by Australia Post. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel the purchase. Matchbox's obligations in relation to delivery end when goods are collected by the courier for delivery to your nominated delivery point.
