Designed with a matte black finish, Furi knives feature sharp Tech Edge blades hand-sharpened to a 26° cutting angle and hardened to 55-57 HRC. They also come with an innovative reverse-wedge handle designed to reduce fatigue for both heavier, larger cuts as well as nimble tasks.
