Preheat the oven to 180ºC with a rack in the center of the oven.
Cut the brioche slices into 2-inch cubes. Assemble brioche cubes in a baking dish. Sprinkle the blueberries & raspberries among the brioche cubes.
Pour custard mixture over the brioche. Allow it to soak for 30 minutes.
Lastly, sprinkly chocolate chips across the soaked brioche. Bake at 180ºC for 30-35 minutes.
Can I use other berries for bread pudding?
Absolutely! You can use any mixture of berries to suit your taste such as strawberries, blackberries and more.
