Unleash Your Inner Chef: Mastering Overnight Oats

Nothing hits better than a sweet breakfast. 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruits (e.g., berries, banana slices)
  • Nuts or seeds for topping

Method

  1. In a Kilner jar or a bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract.

  2. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are mixed.

  3. Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.

  4. In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk to reach the desired consistency.

  5. Top with fresh fruits and nuts or seeds before serving.
