Classic Overnight Oats

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh fruits (e.g., berries, banana slices)
- Nuts or seeds for topping
Instructions:
- In a mason jar or a bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well to ensure all ingredients are mixed.
- Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk to reach the desired consistency.
- Top with fresh fruits and nuts or seeds before serving.
