Healthy Soft Serve

Healthy soft serve ice cream made only from fruit? Sign me up. It might be hard to believe that banana and raspberries can turn into a delicious, sweet and creamy soft serve. Don't take our word for it, try it for yourself!

 

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/3 cup of frozen raspberries

Method

  1. For best results, we recommend to use a food processor, and will still get delicious results!

  2. Blitz the ingredients in the processor until smooth. Add some liquid to help it blend together (we like using almond milk).

  3. Serve and enjoy. 

    Yum!
