- 1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (we recommend oat or almond)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup other frozen berries (optional)
- 120ml non-fat Greek yogurt (optional)

This easy strawberry smoothie recipe contains no more than 5 ingredients, combining frozen berries, a bit of ice, a dollop of yogurt and a generous pour of your milk of choice. Recipe below!
Method
Pour your non-dairy milk into a high powered blender gun, followed by ice. Then, add the rest of your smoothie ingredients: Frozen fruits, yogurt, and optional add-ons such as cinnamon or honey.
Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, a tumbler, or — if you're using the Cuisinart Cordless Blender Gun — cover the vessel and pack it straight away to-go.

For thinner consistency, add more liquids such as water / coconut water.
You can also add milk, but note this will make the smoothie more filling.
