Vegetarian Pizza

Ingredients

  • Prepared pizza dough
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 small brown onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 medium red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 medium Roma tomato, thinly sliced
  • 3 heaped tablespoons of tomato paste or Passata (tomato puree)
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 6 small basil leaves

Preparation

1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion, stirring until slightly brown or until the onion has softened.

2. Spread the pizza base with the tomato paste (ha that rhymed), and top it with all your favourite toppings! We've gone with capiscum, tomato, mushrooms and onion but any vegetables will work.

3. Sprinkle your pizza with the mozzarella cheese.

*side note*

There's also absolutely no judgement if you find yourself grabbing more mozzarella because you think your pizza needs just a little bit more cheese (we're right there with you).

4. Put your pizza in Masterpro's Ultimate Pizza Oven and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the base is crisp.

5.Rip up the basil leaves, place them on the pizza and devour it!

Meatlover's Pizza

Ingredients

  • Prepared pizza dough
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 3 heaped tablespoons of BBQ sauce
  • 2 lean beef sausages
  • 60g shaved pastrami
  • 60g shaved ham
  • 1 small brown onion, finely chopped
  • 6 small basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation

1.  Spray a large frying pan with oil and heat over medium heat. Cook the sausages, turning them over occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked through. Then thinly slice them.

2. Re-spray the pan and cook the onion until lightly brown or until the onion has softened.

3. Spread the pizza base with the BBQ sauce. Top the base with the sausages, onion, pastrami and ham.

4. Drizzle the cheese over the top of the pizza, covering the base completely (no one wants to eat the crust if there's no cheese on it).

5. Pop the pizza into the ultimate pizza oven (that has a window) for 5 minutes and watch it become a melted, crisp base of goodness.

6. Rip the basil leaves in half and sprinkle them over the pizza, serve warm and EAT!

Nutella Pizza

Ingredients

  • Prepared pizza dough
  • 5 tablespoons of Nutella or another chocolate + hazelnut spread
  • 250g fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar, sifted
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Preparation

1. Brush your pizza base with butter and pop it into the oven at 220 Degrees Celsius. Bake for about 10 minutes or until it's golden brown.

2. While it's still warm, spread as much Nutella as you like on your pizza then top with fresh sliced strawberries.

3. Sprinkle the sifted icing sugar all over the pizza.

4. Step back and look at your masterpiece. Then call out to your family that dessert's served and watch them eat all of it in front of you.
