Back to School Cereal Bars

Ingredients
Icing: Tint ultra-concentrated icing. Use formulas to tint icing in the following shades::
- Neutral Gray (formula 537): 1/4 cup white icing + 1 BK
- Winter Brown (formula 7517): ¼ cup white icing + 26 BR + 8 C + 5 O + 1 BK
- Favourite crisped rice cereal treats
- Summer Red (formula 032): ¼ cup white icing + 5 R + 1 O
- Summer Sand (formula 7509): ¼ cup white icing + 7 Y + 1 BR + 1 R
- Pastel Pink (formula 1895): ¼ cup white icing + 1 P
- Blue (formula 2985): ¼ cup white icing + 5 B + 1 BK
- Spring Green (formula 360): ¼ cup white icing + 1 B + 5 Y
Mix ultra-concentrated icing with white icing:
- Forgray, mix 1 teaspoon ultra-concentrated Neutral Gray with ¼ cup white icing
- For brown, mix 1 teaspoon ultra-concentrated Winter Brown with ¼ cup white icing
- For sand, mix 1 teaspoon ultra-concentrated Summer Sand with ¼ cup white icing
- For pink, mix 1 teaspoon ultra-concentrated Pastel Pink with ¼ cup white icing
- For blue, mix 1 teaspoon ultra-concentrated Blue with ¼ cup white icing
- For green, mix 2 teaspoons ultra-concentrated Spring Green with ¼ cup white icing
Method
Make cereal treats.
Press mixture into pan, about ½ to ¾ in. thick. Unmold and cut into rectangles, 3 ½ in. long x 2 ½ in. wide. Ice tops of treats smooth with white icing.Prepare decorating bags.
Tint icing grey, brown, red, sand, pink, blue and green following colour formulas above.Prepare three disposable decorating bags with tip 1 and fill separately with blue, pink and brown icing. Prepare two disposable bags with tip 2 and fill separately with gray and white icing. Prepare two disposable bags with tip 4 and fill separately with red and sand icing. Prepare one disposable bag with coupler and tip 349; fill with green icing.
Decorate lined paper.
Pipe tip 1 horizontal lines in blue, about ½ in. apart. Pipe tip 1 vertical line in pink, about ¼ in. from left edge.Add Message
Print tip 2 messages in grey.Decorate treats
For apple, pipe tip 4 red dot; pat smooth with finger dipped in corn-starch. Pipe tip 1 brown stem. Pipe tip 349 green leaf.
For bookworm, pipe tip 4 green ball head and dot body; flatten and smooth with finger dipped in corn-starch. Pipe tip 2 white dot eyes. Pipe tip 1 brown dot pupils and outline mouth.
For heart, pipe two tip 4 red beads; pat smooth.
For cookies, pipe tip 4 sand balls; flatten and smooth. Pipe tip 1 brown dot chocolate chips.And enjoy!!!
