For the Taco Filling:

- 200g lettuce, shredded
- 150g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 120g cheddar cheese, grated
- 240ml sour cream
- 240ml guacamole
- 240ml salsa
- 60g black olives, sliced (optional)
- 60g red onion, finely chopped (optional)
- 60g cilantro, chopped (optional)
- Lime wedges for garnish

Method:
