30ml Cinaelle Gin
15ml St-Germain Elderflower liqueur
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Dash of Champagne
Fill the Lady Diamond Hi-Ball glass with crushed ice.
Add 15ml of both St-Germain Elferflower and Dubonnet.
Follow with 30ml of Ginaelle Gin and a couple of dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters.
Stir slowly then top with Champagne.
For that Royal touch garnish with edible flowers.
Vive le France!
45ml Citadelle Gin,
30ml lime juice,
15ml gomme (sugar syrup)
Build 30ml of lime juice, 15ml of gomme and 45ml of Citadelle Gin in a Macassar Hi-ball glass .
Top with CAPI cranberry mixer.
Slowly stir and finish with a sprinkle of dry cranberries.
